FHJP is proud to participate as one of 43 amici curiae in this historic Supreme Court Amicus Brief filed by the National Health Law Program (NHeLP) and Munger, Tolles & Olson. FHJP’s Health Law Partnership with NHeLP is rooted in the ability of individuals to enforce provisions of the Medicaid Act under well established requirements. NHeLP’s Amicus Brief will assist the Court in reaching the correct decision in this matter, a case of the utmost importance for Medicaid recipients.
