NOTE (Updated January 2023) | While this video is still a highly useful training tool, we now know that the end of Medicaid continuous coverage is no longer linked to the end of the Public Health Emergency. We also know that the income limits will be increasing with the recent release of 2023 federal poverty levels. The Florida income limits for family related Medicaid have not been updated. The video will be updated at that time.
The video was produced by Jay Jefferson and Miriam Harmatz of Florida Health Justice Project,
with support from the Florida Bar Foundation, the National Health Law Program, and Health Foundation of South Florida.
